The "Hawi County Cemetery" is located behind the The "Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery" it is located on the uphill side of the Akoni Pule Highway (route. 270) just past the 21 mile road marker and just before you enter old Hawi Town. There is a sign for a catholic church on the corner called "Sacred Heart Catholic Church" where you need to take a right hand turn and follow the small road up until it ends where you will find a wooden sign for the "Hawi County Cemetery." Do not confuse the Catholic church cemetery with the adjacent "Hawi County Cemetery." The two cemeteries are separated by a strip of grass and some roadway markers with reflectors. A cemetery listing, giving vital statistics and plot numbers, can be found on the right hand side of the wooden sign at the end of the road.
